The service and its operator
CVIndex is a project by Kira Kuzmenko for presenting professional experience to people, search engines and AI tools.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private. You remain responsible for instructions issued through your account, including by an agent you authorise with an MCP key. Revoke access if a key is exposed or an integration is no longer needed. Do not access another person’s account without authority.
Publication and your control
Creating and hosting a professional index is currently free of charge (USD $0). Saving the index after the publication confirmation makes it public; it is not a private draft. You may edit, export or remove it through your account. Removal does not close the account or recall external copies.
Any future paid feature must state its price and terms before you choose it. These terms do not authorise an automatic charge or paid subscription.
Your content and permission to display it
You retain your rights to the content you submit. You grant CVIndex a non-exclusive permission to host, format, display and deliver that content as necessary to provide the features you request, including public pages, catalogue entries, structured data, Markdown and MCP responses. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted licence to sell your content or train models on it.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish submitted text, images, references and links. Do not disclose material covered by confidentiality duties or another person’s private information without a lawful basis.
Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, impersonating, infringing or malicious material. Do not use the service for harassment, unsolicited bulk contact, credential theft, interference with infrastructure or bypassing access controls. Describe your experience honestly; do not fabricate qualifications or endorsements.
AI tools and third parties
A public index can be read and copied by independent systems. CVIndex does not guarantee how an AI tool interprets it, whether a search engine lists it, or whether publication leads to employment. Agent classifications and estimated experience totals may be inaccurate.
Links, sign-in providers, embedded videos and agents are operated by third parties under their own terms. Review what information and permissions you share. A personal MCP key grants account-level index operations; it is not a read-only public link.
Availability, moderation and responsibility
Features may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or security events. Keep your own copy of important content. Access or content may be restricted where necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach or a security threat; any required notice, explanation and review rights remain applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your data protection rights.
Ending use, disputes and changes
You may stop using the service and remove your public index.
Material changes should be notified appropriately before they apply. Continued use must not be treated as consent for a new purpose of personal-data processing where separate consent is required.
