PROJECTS AND RESULTS

Refund service rewrite
Moved refunds from a monolith to a separate Go service with an idempotent API. Refund time dropped from 5 days to 4 hours, support tickets about refunds fell by half.

Load tests before the holiday season
Built a load profile from real traffic and found two bottlenecks in the database a month before the peak.
